Have you checked in with your employees well-being lately?
SafeWork NSW and the Black Dog Institute have released a series of free online training sessions aimed at helping workplaces develop skills to improve well-being and mental health.
Sessions are available for employees, managers and small business owners employing less than 200 people and range from 45-minute online modules to Zoom workshops delivered by clinical psychologists.
The modules aim to help team members identify the warning signs of mental ill-health and develop skills and techniques to improve well-being and support others during times of change.
